Delivery, Cancellations & Refunds

Delivery Time

Due to the products being individually crafted times for delivery can vary depending on products ordered and quantities. It will normally be a maximum of 14 days handling time.

How To Return An Item

No returns accepted unless item is damaged upon receipt. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. 

1. Please email to request a refund and we will respond with address details for return.
2. Mail your returned item to the address provided from our email.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. 

Return Exceptions

We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Cancellation Policy

Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone, text message, and/or fax or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a £30 charge to cover any subsquent administration expenses.

Termination of Order/Agreement

Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement/Orders for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service/Order is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which consitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services/Order, shall be refunded.
